1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the WalkMe App, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

WalkMe App is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. By using this app, you agree to:
  • • Refrain from posting any abusive, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to, obscene language, harassment, threats, or defamatory comments.
  • • Ensure that all information you provide, including personal details and pet information, is accurate, respectful, and aligns with our community standards.
  • • Respect other users, including not engaging in behavior that could be considered abusive, misleading, or illegal.

3. Objectionable Content and Moderation

WalkMe App has zero tolerance for objectionable content. We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any user-generated content that violates these terms. Users may also report any content they deem inappropriate, which will be reviewed within 24 hours. Any content found in violation of these terms will be removed, and the responsible account may be suspended or banned.

4. Reporting and Blocking

The app provides tools for users to report objectionable content and block other users. Any reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours, and appropriate action will be taken in response to confirmed violations.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

WalkMe App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • • WalkMe App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
  • • WalkMe App is not responsible for any consequences (positive or negative) in connection with the entry of any information into our system by you, in any way, be it personal data, contact information, announcements, etc.

7. Changes to the Agreement

We may modify this EULA from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify users and require consent for continued use.

8. Payment terms

  • • The exchange of services is not provided. Once you purchase one type of service, it cannot be exchanged for another type of service.
  • • Services are provided as is. The quality of the service may differ from your expectations, for better or worse.
  • • An additional fee may be charged upon payment.
  • • The paid service will be available after the payment is confirmed by the payment system.
  • • The time for crediting funds depends on the payment method and can take from a few seconds to several days. But no more than three days.
  • • If you are not satisfied with the terms of the purchase, please cancel the purchase.

9. Procedure for providing services

To increase the number of views or the time your ad is displayed, you can purchase a corresponding service. Please follow the procedure below:
  • • Create an ad, note that some information cannot be edited after the ad is created, so fill in the information carefully.
  • • Wait for the administration to check (preferably, but not necessarily).
  • • Select the ad for which you want to purchase the service.
  • • Choose which service you want to order.
  • • Each subsequent purchased service cancels the previous one. Services are not cumulative.
  • • Make payments in accessible ways.
  • • Wait for the funds to be credited, follow the order status in the application (Settings -> Payments).

10. Payment methods

  • • The main payment methods are currently available: ApplePay, GooglePay, payment by VISA cards.
  • • We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at our sole discretion, based on technical capabilities or other circumstances.

11. Refund terms and conditions

  • • Given the impossibility of controlling the circumstances under which the funds were transferred and the circumstances under which a refund is required, we reserve the right not to refund the funds. However, each request is considered individually.
  • • In order to be considered for a refund, your request for a refund must be sent within 24 hours of our receipt of the funds.
  • • In case of a refund, the amount may differ due to the commission.
  • • Please send your request for a refund to the following email address: walkmeappteam@gmail.com. When contacting us, please indicate your order number so that we can process your request faster.
